Project: Zeist Data CentreMove

Werkzaamheden:
Functionally reporting to the Zeist Data Centre Move (ZDM) Program Manager
Organisationally reporting to the Head of Production Integration

Background
ITI Line Management understand that the current Data Centre in Zeist will be closed on 1 January 2012. Therefore RI has to move to another Data Centre. This is a project management function on ad interim base. The current projectmanager is on sick leave. Main goal of this ad interim function is to continue and further develop all the work that need to be done as a Work Stream ManagerSystems Migration.

Representing the Work Stream Manager System Migration on a ad interim base thefollowing work is expected to be done. Oversee all aspects of the (re)locationof the:
- SAN + TSM systems
- Core Infra structure
- All application server hardware
- Formulate a migration schedule of all hardware

Duties
Although not exclusive, expectation of expansion to include other duties asidentified during the life of the project).

. Weekly Attendance of Project Management Team Meeting.
. Weekly Chairman of Work Stream Team Meeting.
. Weekly written project report (Work Stream Team Meeting Minutes) to theProgram Manager.
. Continuous Work Stream maintenance of the Project Logs (Risks, Issues, etc).
. Continuous Work Stream maintenance of the Workstream MS Project Plan (i.e.Gantt Chart).
. Continuous Work Stream maintenance of the Project Documentation Library.
. Continuous Work Stream maintenance of the Project Environmental Attributesregister (e.g. physical dimensions including weight, power requirements,environment cooling requirements, floor plans, etc).
. Proactive support to identify and monitor cross-project dependencies, issuesor risks.
. Proactive support to the Program Manager for the successful delivery of theZeist Data Centre Move Project.
