Set-up a Centre of Excellence of Testing within a banking environment.
Algemene kennis - noodzakelijk:
Experience with banking; set-up organisations; set-up processes.
Knowledge of banking, ITIL v3 and Prince 2 processes.
Experience with shared service centres.
Knowlegde of Testing is a pré.
Sociale vaardigheden - noodzakelijk:
Flexibel, communication experience at several levels.
Open and clear communication.
Uitvoering van de werkzaamheden:
Describe processes for the organization. Creating templates, charts.
Prepare products and presentations.
Support Transformation manager.
Talenkennis - noodzakelijk :
English, Dutch.
Overig :
Work under pressure.
