Taskforce Security Code Review

Description tasks employee:
Within the taskforce a service needs to be defined and implemented (embedded) within the line organisation. Therefore we have a vacancy for a projectmanager who has experience in defining and implementation of services within a line organisation.

Goal
To ensure the pre-defined project goals are met and the needed service is defined and implemented.

Tasks
- Defines project assignments. Lists, analyses and evaluates project risks.
- Defines the project in main result areas establishing a framework within the expected results can be achieved.
- Writes a Project Plan to structure and phase the project.
- Lists the conditioning measures.
- Prepares propositions in relation to quality, time, money, information and organisation
- Set-up of a project organisation addressing: assignment, planning, budget, staffing, archiving, housing, responsibilities, meetings reports etc,
- Defines the tasks with the assignment, phase or activity which need to be completed within a certain time period.
- Assigns and activates the members of the project group, taking into account the qualitative and quantitative formation per project phase and parts of the projects.
- Establishes (when relevant) the relation with the steering committee or initiator and prepare tangible conventions about the execution
- Evaluates correctness, consistency and checks if the products satisfies the agreed values and rules, requests, starting points and boundary conditions.
- Ensures meetings with the initiator/programme manager, project staff and others involved. The content will be project progress status and the implementation of the by the project to deliver products.
- Maintains contact with all direct and indirect involved parties to ensure timely resources, cooperation and commitment.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the area of defining, developing and implementing of services.
The applicant should be result driven and must have a "can-do" and "can-do-now" attitude. The project expects applicants who are prepared to "go the extra mile".

Skills and Experience:
- Degree or masters in an IT or computer science subject or comparative experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management
- Experience in a banking environment, preferably ING;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to coach others on their activities en personal development
- Willingness to travel in the Netherlands and Belgium as required;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English (both verbal and written).

Remarks / Comments:
The Taskforce Security Code Review is scanning certain ING applications on their code. The scan can result in certain findings that will need to be fixed. The taskforce will monitor the progress on resolving these findings by the business.
