Will work in a project environmentresponsible for supporting a T24 installation. Primary tasks are resolvingproduction and project incidents, following up with Temenos helpdesk andrelated activities such as tracking incident reports.
Functie eisen:
5-years plus experience in T24 design anddevelopment.
Knowledge of all standard modulesrequired.
Good understanding of the T24 COB buildand operation.
Pro-active attitude, team player. Strongfocus on and preference for improving systems
Acute awareness of following proceduresand at the same time delivery driven.
Support/maintenance mentality!
Extra:
Must have worked in ITIL environments.
