The project:
The Taskforce is scanning certain ING applications on their code. The scan can result in certain findings that will need to be fixed. The taskforce will monitor the progress on resolving these findings by the business.

Goal
Manage the support team on the governance, reporting and planning activities.

Tasks
Define and implement (with the relevant teammember) planning and reporting for the taskforce
Update planning and reporting as requirements change
Manage the project support team on their activities and responsibilities
Advise projectmanagement on governance, reporting and planning issues
Keep an overview on the overall project activities and projectteam, and advise or signal to projectmanagement

Additional job information:
"Within the Taskforce there will be a support team with the tasks to support on governance-, reporting- and planning activities. For this team we need a teamlead/manager with experience in managing teams on tasks in the mentioned areas within ING. The applicant should be result driven and must have a “can-do” and “can-do-now” attitude. The project expects applicants who are prepared to “go the extra mile”.

Skills and Experience:
HBO or Master degree in people/project management or related education
At least 5 years experience in project support and management
Knowledge of and experience in Prince2
Experience in a banking environment, preferably ING;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to coach others on their activities en personal development
Willingness to travel in the Netherlands and Belgium as required;
Good knowledge of Dutch and English (both verbal and written)
