Werkzaamheden:
• Act as the central point-of-contact for all IT related matters with regard ofplanning, budget and escalations.
• Participate in the start up of the project based on Prince2 guidelines with allnecessary milestone documents such as a mandate, PID, Project StartArchitecture.
• Manage the execution of the IT parts of the project, such as resourceallocation, detailed planning (e.g. stageplan), progress reporting/ exceptionreporting as well as time reporting.
• Manage relationships within the environment i.e.: inform stakeholders on statusand progress manage project environment (line management and programmemanagement).
• Arrange the infrastructure side of the project together with the IT Liaison officer.
• Overlook that the necessary security baselines are being applied to theproject.
• Prepare structured testing for unit-, system- and performance testing with thetest manager.
• Manage the relationship with the Calypso Competence Center for required changes and releases necessary for the roll-out.
• Evaluation and closing of the project i.e.: evaluating the implementation ofthe project, evaluate project results (including costs and duration), reportingon the evaluation and assessment of the staff.

Functie eisen:
• Knowledge of Business Global Markets is a must. Knowledge about the way thisapplies to Commodities, Energy and Carbon is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of the Calypso package is recommended.
• The candidate has at least 3 years experience in managing complex IT projects
• Excellent presentation skills orally and in writing and can convey and persuadethe IST point-of-view in the project
• Formal qualification in Prince2 project methodology and can strike the rightbalance between a structured approach and ad-hoc requests or changes.
• Experience in managing interface development based on software methods likeagile (RUP) or waterfall (LAD)
• Experience with arranging the IT infrastructure required for the project,founded on the security baselines and SLA agreements
• Experience preparing and execution of a structured testing approach
• Fluently in English, Dutch is an additional asset.
• Has a relevant college or university degree.
