Business Line
IT Systems and Development (IS&D) is responsible for the IT applications. The IS&D business line Finance IT in Utrecht is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of the financial accounting system, ledger, financial data warehouse and regulatory reporting.

Your function
We are currently looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting developer within Finance IT. You will be responsible for translating the business requirements into the required regulatory reports. Your work could be part of a project or our baseline work.

Your profile
You are an experienced developer with proven knowledge of the FiRE system of FRSGlobal, the system in use for all our regulatory reporting. You have of course a lot of affinity with financial reporting and have a good understanding of accounting.

Working experience
• 4 years or more working experience.
• Preferably having worked in the financial sector
• Involved in building and maintaining data warehouses or Business Intelligence applications on Oracle platforms
• Preferably experience working in an international working environment

Systems experience
• Experience with C#, VBScript and PL/SQL (required)
• Knowledge and experience of source code control systems (required)
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS, preferably version 10 or higher
• Oracle PLSQL language (preferred)
• Experience with Unix (Korn) shell programming (required)
• Experience with Linux (Red Hat) (ksh) (preferred)

Functional/Technical experience
• Knowledge of and experience with Database concepts (required)
• Methodical approach to packaging and building release packages.
• Knowledge of and experience with (Oracle) SQL tuning (preferred)
• Knowledge of and experience with Data Warehouse ETL concepts (required)
• Knowledge of and experience with interface issues (preferred)
• Knowledge of and experience with Finance reporting concepts (preferred)

Education
University (UK), HBO/University (NL) preferably in Programming, Information Technology or a mathematical or scientific subject.
