Management experience
• Experienced line manager
• Proven track record on achieving plans due to clear focus on dependencies and the critical path
• Proven experience of building High Performing Teams

Subject matter experience
• Experience (and affinity) with technical and operational IT infrastructuremanagement.
• Experience in (and ample knowledge of) process mgt, as ITIL and CMMi.
• Able to quickly understand and assess the (required) content of theworkfield; review it and organize it properly within the team.
