Project
Connectivity Services Program (CSP). The CSP program enables Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management (BPM) adoption within ING by delivering the required infrastructure solutions including the integration infrastructure which is based on off the shelf standards based solutions of Tibco and HP. The program is split up in two main streams of activities: 1. Technical Capabilities (this stream provides the generic utility) and 2. Business projects (this stream delivers the integration solution via business projects).

Description tasks employee :
The project manager will manage projects in the Technical Capability stream. Tasks: a. Create Project Brief (PB), Project Initiation Document (PID), Project Closure Document (PCD), progress reporting, management of issues, risks, change requests and exception reporting. b. Management of the project on a daily basis.

Remarks / Comments :
During 2010 about 10 Technical Capabilities are under development within the CSP program. These developments are projects that need to be managed by a project manager. Currently one project manager is managing these projects. This is far from sufficient project management capacity. Three newly started projects require project management.

General knowledge - required :
Methodology: Project management (Prince 2), AMS).
Experience with integration projects (SOA, BPM).

Social skills - required :
Good communication skills

Language - required :
Dutch and English
