Technical knowledge - required:
MSP (Managing Succesfull Programmes), PRINCE II, CMMi level2, Clarity,MS Project.
Managing external suppliers who deliver partof the project deliverables.

Social skills - required:
Being able to get the team on the right track.
Able to interact with senior management asstakeholders (including SRO's).
Complex environment with multiple and demandingstakeholders.

Language - required:
English required, Dutch preferred. 

Project:
The cluster consists of a number of technology related projects and programmes.It is a multi year programme with a budget for this year of around 20 million.The programmes/projects are related to Life Cycle Management but also newinnovative technology on IT Infrastructure, primarely on windows technology(both client and server). Ten thousands of end users across Europe willbe impacted.

Description tasks employee:
Managing the portfolio of programmes/projects (are we doing the right things)but also day to day programme management of the programmes/projects (arewe doing the things right).
Making sure that all programmes/projectsare run in accordance with the projectmanagement framework (MSP andPRINCEII based). Setup the internal organisation of the programmes/projects.
Closely align with SRO and business executivesand other programmes for dependencies/interrelations.
Major part of the project activities areoutsourced, these suppliers (<10) have to be managed closely (on time,scope and quality).
